Canon Print Head Alignment

anyone know how to align the printhead on a canon w6200. i cannot print a straight black line and the prints look teerible

Wow, this is an old thread, but at least now I know the answer to the question I posed. It can be found here.

As to the Canon w2600, I can only guess that you need to go to the maintenance tab and click on Print Head Alignment. If you are doing that and its still doesn't work, maybe you are having the same problem I described on post #9 of this thread.
