Just got a MP610 off the auctions.
It was classed as junk,the fault was it didn't feed paper but I managed to sort that ..
The second problem was it seems like it was standing for a while and the P/H has clogged after a few hours with some Isopropyl alcohol it's better the black is back but the colors are still patchy
The pattern is random so it looks as if the P/H drivers are ok however I did notice that there was a lot of ink about the P/H then I removed it the second time for cleaning
Also the inside of the printer seemed to have a slim film of black ink .. which can happen if the printer was used for a long time or via transit.
I think I need to clean/check the purge unit and the check the waste ink reading
Does anyone have a link to a service manual for this ?
