Canon MG5350 print problems

Hello , I have a Canon MG5350 with a ciss system and a new print head.
The quality of printing is very poor.
I 've attached pictures to see what I mean:

1. settings : plain paper and high
2. settings : Photo Paper Plus Glossy II and high

The colours are fine .

The same poor quality when I'm printing texts.

Hi and welcome, the problem you may be suffering from is a dirty timing strip, this can happen when ink is sprayed about and doesn’t always reach it's intended target.

Stop your print head in the middle of the carriageway (Pull the power plug) then use a paper towel with some alcohol or window cleaner on it to gently clean both sides of this plastic strip, manually move the print head out of your way for full access..

You now have a big improvement over your previous Pics, so trying it once more may clear it up completely..

Why would you want to buy a new timing strip, what’s wrong with the one your using now.. ?

I'm thinking that I couldn't to resolve this issue...

If after cleaning the timing strip carefully, it didn’t resolve this issue for you then try leaving the top lid open when printing, the print head could be getting knocked out of position by the trailing CISS tubing, also try a manual head alignment to see if that helps..

Seeing there was a improvement after cleaning the strip *may* yield a clue.

Could the strip be damaged or marked in anyway, also is it possible cleaning the 'opto sensor' the strip uses? This might able to be done by using a folded sheet of inject or typing paper, remembering to clean each side, one will be a sensor the other an emitter.... usually LED's or infra red diodes, akin to TV remote controls etc.

A wild thought, how about the head movement being constricted by the tubing, would an head alignment be worthy of suggesting?

Just an idea I thought I'd toss in.
