guys, thanks for all the input

I have stripped the spikey rollers out and painstainkingly scrapped off all the rubber will see how it goes tommorow
see the piccy roller on left cleaned of rubber and roller on right not cleaned yet.

These spikey rollers run across the surface of the print and when clogged with rubber they touch the drying ink and leave track marks.

Good idea to clean the rollers, how many pages did you print to make them clog this bad?

**Update**
The little spikey rollers were infact clogged with icing turned black not rubber as first thought, I noticed when I placed them in water and the icing/dirt dissolved away.

I gained access to these rollers by cutting away some access using a plastic welding gun to save stripping the printer down, also great to see whats going on inside
