Can I use HP's ink C8750A with Canon pro10?

I am going to make an attempt to use HP's Vivera ink (model C8750A) in Canon pro-1 or pro-10, can I do that? Because I found that both HP and Canon print technology is thermal foaming.

You can, of course.. at your own risk. It seems to be pigment ink, but the composition might be very different from Canon's Lucia inks. No guarantee that the Vivera ink will work well or that it won't clog eventually the nozzles.
I suppose you're gonna use it instead of one of the blacks in the Pro1/Pro10. Which one.. Photo black or Matte black ?.

Why would you - pricing - performance ? Or do you have some left over HP ink ? If you have a high usage with some color you rather may get larger Canon cartridges with the Lucia inks and tap the ink from there.

Yes, this model is pigment ink, I am going to use it to replace pbk this color, I mainly can not confirm the minimum ink droplet of this HP ink, for example, the minimum ink droplet of Canon pro10 is 4pl, the network said HP ink seems to be the minimum ink droplet is 5pl.

I have the opportunity to get this ink at a very low price, only the production date is 2012, I understand that Canon lucia pro is the best choice, but it is too expensive.

Not if you purchasing 2012 Canon ink, most out of date inks sell cheaply, you just have to find them.. The HP ink may also need a profile, O’ and the ink droplet size is just a red herring..
