The Opera VPN is based on SurfEasy, a good paid VPN service based in Canada.

There are free system wide VPN's but there are conditions or restrictions. Like the old hitchhiking saying goes,

Took me a couple days, but finally got it set up in my router, it's better then trying to set it up on all the PC's here....heh

Now I just gotta keep trying to get the nozzle check to work in task scheduler, I really do not like win 10 that much....
