You may need to deactivate the W10 driver authentication, there are lots of guides how to do that - like this one

The W7 or W8.1 driver should do it then , just use the resp 32/64bit driver matching your system
No problem this way to run the PRO 9500 on WIN10.
I have one converted to GLOP (with potty) for almost 2 years, although I seldom use it since the gloss differences of the Precision Colors inks are very well under control.
GLOP does not seem to clog.
Since all carts are filled you can use a printhead with some colours missing. To avoid further burning of the nozzles I masked the corresponding contacts as is done frequently with the consumer dye printer heads.
