Blurry prints (Epson WorkForce WF-2810DWF)

Thanks for your feedback, I'm reaching the limits of remote diagnostics in this case going through possible causes for the hazy print output. I'm not sure whether it was mentioned already to use genuine Epson cartridges for the affected colors.

We tried a second new black cartridge, same issue. Black is hardly printing at all now.

The next action would be to flush the black channel, there are various video clips on facebook showing the method when you search for Epson printhead flushing/cleaning.
You disengage the printhead carriage and use a cleaner to push through the blocked channel
