Black marks on prints - SC P800

Hi, I have a SC P800 and started getting black marks at both ends of my prints. I don't get these when I do a nozzle check print.
Any advice would be grateful.

Hi, These two images showing the scuff marks, they look like roller marks, but the paper gets fed into the printer in portrait mode but the marks are running down the side of a landscape mode.
Any suggestions?

I find the strange banding very strange provided the paper is fed in portrait mode. It look like there are some stains on the timing strip causing this behaviour.

Try rolling the curl on both sides of the paper to the opposite way that it is now, and also try cleaning the underside of your print head..

I don't get these when I do a nozzle check print.

You are most likely using some other type of paper for a nozzle check.

How much do you/did you print with this model - the nozzle check should tell you. It could be that the printer needs some internal cleaning - the timing strip - the lip which wipes off the nozzle plate which is part of the cleaning unit, is there any pigment smudge build up - and it could be as well the paper which is curling, You can bend the paper edges the opposite direction, and use a similar type of paper from another supplier.
