Are these cartridges that have never been used, still containing original ink? Are the orange caps still welded on and the rip-off seal on the top still intact?

And where are you located, I presume the USA since you mentioned Priority Mail? Are you willing to ship anywhere in the world?

Never been used, still in poly bags untouched. I tried to be very clear about this, including a preference to respond to me directly. I gave my email addres.

Oh, UNUSED carts! Well, that's different. Sorry about the confusion, thought they were empties. I the reservoir's low, the cart must have lost a seal (your reported ink leakage). Your quoted price becomes more reasonable....but leaking carts are a problem.
