Recently due to some strange guy revering continously to Kevin's site: bchtechnolgies.com I have found some blatant plagiarism of my work:

https://bchtechnologies.com/blog/op...iles-colormunki-native-software-vs-argyllcms/

original post by me: https://www.printerknowledge.com/th...ative-software-vs-argyllcms.11364/#post-95680

https://bchtechnologies.com/blog/ar...et-for-i1-pro-2-optimizing-color-calibration/

original post by me: https://www.printerknowledge.com/threads/argyllcms-648-patch-target-for-i1-pro-2-device.16268/

https://bchtechnologies.com/blog/ar...-point-compensation-a-comprehensive-analysis/

original post by me: https://www.printerknowledge.com/th...ion-gives-composite-black-when-checked.15740/

I have contacted godaddy.com (the hosting company) to remove those links or having the owner to make a clear and unmistakenly reference to my work here at printerknowledge.com
I don't mind people use my work, but they should make a clear reference to my work and posts I have put energy into to share my experience and work.

I would love to hear what BCHTechnologies said about the open plagiarism on their website, IF they have any sense they will remove your articles, because they have no rights to produce any of them..

Thankfully the offender (MooreDesignLabs) responsible, has also been removed.. :weee

I contacted both godaddy.com and BCH technologies.....Somehow I have the feeling most of these blog posts are AI generated topics, but the striking resemblance with my posts, it must be fed with data from the posts I have written here a time ago.

I wouldn’t take any gibberish from BCH technologies, they have information on their website that was illegally obtained and they can’t get out of by saying say it was AI generated, because it looks like a cut and paste job, not AI..

I would openly threaten to sue the owner “Kevin William Day” if they don’t comply with your demand, because I am sure the said “Kevin” in question wouldn’t like any of his information to be used illegally..
I’ve had to take similar action over some of my photos being used on a Refillers site some time ago.. Guess what they complied.. Printerknowledge has always being seen as an easy touch by Cute Hoors, sleeveens and charlatans…

I would propose that we review the terms and rules of the forum and check if and how the mis-use, the copying of postings to other commercial sites is restricted with clear copyright rules and restrictions. BCH Technology is a commerical site and and tries to boost their image by supporting their customers with various postings and use the work of forum members to present it as their own competence since they don't link to printerknowledge as the original source of that information. BCH Tech effectively makes business with the data they took from this forum.
