Atlantic Inkjet cartridges - Suppliers

I have a Canon Pixma iP4300 and, off and on, I've been following the posts here on the Atlantic Inkjet replacement cartridges - the ones with chips that work in the printer. However, what I haven't been able to find is a source in the UK. Googling on UK pages gives dozens of hits but most of them simply lead back to the US site and those that don't seem to fizzle out. So, does anyone know a UK source for these cartridges, or are they simply unavailable outside the US & Canada?

I've seen posts that indicate that there are refillers in the UK that have the chip resetters and will exchange your cartridges with refilled, reset units.
