Sorry to hear that jtoolman, the other guy got a communication error then did it as per the list I sent him and you and he said it worked fine.

It should work wherever the printer is from

Santer: I was not able to reset my Artisan 725 though it can find it in the search when it comes time to read the counts it shows a communication error.
It is connected Via USB I chose the USB-artisan 725 choice but still will not work.
Is it becuase it is not a UK / Europe version printer?

Most likely explanation is that you are using Windows Vista or 7 and need to use compatibility mode.
