I don’t know if anyone is going to welcome 2021 in, because it will be very much the same as the old one, face masks and elbow banging are now the new normal and with travel still remaining very restricted..

I’d recommend getting a dog to get yourself out of the house and enjoy the fresh air..
P.S. O' and leave the Feckin smart phone at home..

I will give the new year's baby 2021 a chance, same as every year, but with an additional hope and prayer for all of us. Miracles of modern medicine give hope and our family and friends comfort and joy.

I'm still having hope 2021 will be better than 2020!

I wish I could get a dog... I've always been a dog person... but instead my GF talked me into a getting a feral cat that would live outside and kill rats. So, we rescued a feral barn cat and turned her lose.

Good news: She killed a handful of rats her first month here.

Bad news: She's not as "feral" and outside as they said she'd be.

I think she did a good job indeed, I have seen cats rather getting around that challenge and catching mice instead (and playing with them... playing with a rat just doesn't work....). Just show her your appreciation.

... actually, twice she's killed rats, and forced her way into the house with them, then does this:

For sure! In fact, each time she kills a rat, we kindly take it from her and then give her some canned tuna (which she LOVES) in exchange!

That's really cute - I have seen rats much meaner in such situation and really fighting
