I purchased from Octoink several 16g tappered needles/pipette tips. This size is maybe too long and narrow in the pointed end for the refill hole of Maxify carts. so I cut a few mm. from the tip and now they fit perfectly.

These refilling tips that OctoInkjet sells can be modified to fit most different types of cartridge, once you understand how get into the carts without damaging then valve inlets then it becomes much easier to use any refill tip..

But remember to use a large syringe and pull back on the plunger first to allow the air to escape which then permits the ink to enter..
