<$50 vacuum refill apparatus, anybody tried this unit? Your thoughts?

Well, I think vacuuming thru the clip to empty the cartridge somehow makes the residual ink contain bubbles. When you refill in one step in the vacuum, the foaming does not seem to occur. But when you reapply the vacuum, then the foam starts. If I take a cartridge where no clip has been used but has been centrifuged before refill. There is none of this foam issue. That is how I conclude it is the priming clip that is causing a technically imperfect refill. This is my hypothesis.

For pre Epson users, there always was residual foam in the cartridges which made refilling difficult, I suspect some of this is happening here.

In a chamber I only allow one end of the cartridge to be exposed to the vacuum before introducing ink.

There is a fundamental technical reason and simple physics of why this MUST be done.
