I might be too cheapskate, but I'm usually targeting the $12 - $13 range. Most of the stuff I print doesn't require much precision, so the cheap stuff works fine.

I even just got a crazy sale on 10 rolls of PLA for $80 free shipping. Off colors (yellow and gold), but for prototyping and stuff I'll end up painting anyway, it's fine
