ANSWER to my previous post: I've got it working !!!! I read somewhere to disconnect the power, open the top hatch and push sheet of card up thro' the out slot....... nothing appeared in the printing chamber. So I then pushed the card down thro the inslot and a piece of card 2 x 2 inches...
