Hello I have a Kodak esp5 and for some reason the ink printhead etc does not move so/and the screen says "Paper Jam" - even there is no paper in the printer. Any ideas please? Vin

Thanks for your reply but I'm more concerned about getting this printer to work. I did not keep any receipts of either printer and I do not want the hassle of sending it back etc. I just want it working. Thanks Vin

Thanks The first printer was about 6 months old and that's ruined. The second printer I bought from ebay second-hand about 6 months ago so that is out of date.
