Everything seems to be OK. No paper found in the unit...I looked around and nothing seems to be different as usual. But something is wrong somewhere...
I do have an MP620 service manual wich says the similar things you said.
To clean the purge unit I do need to take it away or do can I do it via the service tools app.?
By the way, to get into service mode you need to press twice and not 5 times.

I got an old PC and installed the Service tools programm, did the reset for the Ink absorber, it worked out.
But now as I wanted to print a noozle check paper I got a new error message 6C10 ....
Doesn't sound great isn't it?
