Update: I have tried that, nothing :(. So I ordered a new motherboard, now the printer is working perfectly :D , cost of new motherboard is big but it is worth since 1400 is rare edition. thanks

I have tried to disable Status monitor, same thing, I think this monitor doesnt affect the problem because when printer is not connected to PC , "ink" lamp is on, so it cannot recognize ink with or without PC. I have updated post. thanks
