yes all lights are on, printer clicks for a second(when it is trying to move). I can see the printer head trying to move for bout half a second but for the most part it just seems locked to the far right

I have a canon ip4000r put in new ink after none use of 6 mos. Can't get the printer head to come center. It is stuck/locked to the far right won't budge how can I get it to release and return to the center? Tried unplugging, tried to manually move to the left, but it won't move at all any...
