ok - So, I got down to the nitty-gritty, got the purge unit out, snapped the gear back in, reinstalled it and this is what happened. Anybody that can comment on what is going on here and ideas on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated! Video of Canon IPF605 Purge Unit Failure in action below.
