guys, replying to an old thread i had a look through the paperwork that came with the printer nowhere does it mention at all that u are not allowed to use compatibles and that the usage of compatibles causes invalidation of warranty if the compatible ink can be proven to have caused problems...

I've seen a colour one for £99 - with 3 year warranty The compatible toner inks are £25 for a full set + they have lots of good reviews Good deal I think? I was considering buying a Brother printer... But for the compatibles, Dell seems to be much cheaper Or am I missing something...

@Grandad35, thanks i've actually got as glue gun already - haven't ever used! i'll put this to use the things is, i sealed both the top and the german hole - and it still leaked empty so i assume that would suggest that i didn't have airtight?
