Other than the difference in perception due to variance between daylight and other sources, I have a hell of a lot more important things to worry about that OBA's. Especially since most paper use them to some degree or another. People like white papers.

Hmmm....none of my Canon dye printers - the only kind I own - awake with a print job. All hard wired via USB. No biggee, I just get the warning that the printer is offline. And then I have to spend untold amounts of energy to...to...to....push the On button.

Yes, I've heard of those printer models that have zero clearance above the carts. None of my printers fall into that dastardly category! For us freebirds, the hot glue works perfectly.

OP, just now buying the Platinum Pro paper, product # PT-101 (Same number as JFK's famous boat!) It appears that the red packaging is the original, and the black is the new one. Probably to differentiate it from all the mundane Canon papers still in red.
