You're right, and I'm using Avery paper now. But, when I can see a serious color cast with a brand of paper or with a brand of inks, I don't use it. That's what I had with OctoInkjet inks (green cast) and my last order of Sudhaus inks (blue cast) last year.

Hello, FYI, my MG5150 is using the same cartridges than iP4850 (525/526). Inktec inks give good prints. I only can see a light drift to yellow, simply resolved by adding 10% water in the yellow ink bottle, that's all !

Hi Borut, I use Octopus inks in my MG5150 (using 525/526 cartridges). The quality is good, no need to ajust colors in printer driver, especialy for photos on glossy paper. I recommend !
