I had to remove my ink cartridges and reinstalled them and now, even though my ink cartridges are almost full, levels show low levels. What can I do, to have a kind of a reset of my ink cartrides levels? I have a Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1000.

, levels show low levels. What can I do
It doesn’t really matter, because the printer will work it out by itself, you won’t run into any trouble and it won’t damage the printer, just continue to print and enjoy..

Nerve wracking....recently same problem so Staples got my $$ again...recently glanced at a note (on cell phone) suggesting shaking leftover ink into new ink supply. Comments ?

I do not intend to open a cartridge to do so because I think my problem will be worse. I am just continuing to print as long as I have ink into the cartridge (even though the level shown is wrong on my computer) and I will see later on with a new cartridge when it will be time to change it. Probably the ink level will be OK. I am crossin g my fingers it will be OK. But up to now, my printings are very good.
