i bought a secondhand epson 3800 , with an error: contact the service , error 1224

I read the post of member Pharmacist ( 2011 ) having the same problem.
I have the manual on hand but don't know exactly were to find the solution


Could somebody show/tell me where to find the "special and tiny lever"

You seem to be the best-informed person on the subject of printers that I've ever come across, so I'm hoping you won't mind me asking you a question.

I have a gummed-up Canon MP830 that's been idle for two years. The only reason I'm considering cleaning it up is that it prints CDs.

Do you know of a currently available printer (any brand) that prints on discs?
