Hi Guys.
My sick MP640 will not print Pigment black all of a sudden.
Not even a hint of PG BLK on the nozzle check print
I've determined that the head is not blocked by gently pressing it on a windex soaked towel and the ink flowed easily up and out of the inlet port.
Also changed the cart for a known good one to eliminate any ink starvation problem.
So I am considering a strip down of the printer to se if there is anything else obvious.
Has anyone got a basic exploded diagram of the machine, or has anyone taken one apart and can suggest a way to get the casing off?
TIA
