Besides the new blacked out cartridges with chips yet to be hacked, the pigment ink appears to be a step backward in that highlighters smear text.

BAD Canon!

... and still no network capability for a printer that really screams for it... Can't say I'm particularly impressed

i got the new printer with the new generation of ink cartridges from canon... the model is MG8170... All of the cart is black but at the bottom, got a little semi-transparent... I think it can be refill by german method and need very bright light to illuminate the cart... later i will show the cart...

now waiting for the best ink to refill the cart when empty... here in my country is hard to find the really good quality of ink...

before that, my name is zicron21ck and been use canon printer from 1997 until now...
