Hi everyone this looks like a real promising forum, glad to see everyone posting there experiences.

I was wondering what recommendations people had to refilling a canon ip6600D inkjet printer that uses canon pixma inks. I would like to use the best quality after ink possible as I use the printer for mixed media (images etc). I have been reading on the forums about inktec inks and was wondering if anyone else had any good comments and possible suggestions were to get them as well.

Thank you all in advance :)

Wow I still find paying 10 bucks for 4oz of ink jaw dropping. Seems like no one on ebay is sporting any of the above brands. Awhile back I saw saudhaus I think it was sporting some ink refills but they are not showing up anymore on ebay. hmmm....

There is one and only one seller of Hobbicolor inks and I think he only sells through E-Bay. Just put Hobbicolors into the E-Bay search line and you will find all his offerings. Oh wait - you don't post your location in your info. Where are you located? Maybe the Hobbicolor listings only show up on the US E-Bay site.

Edit: I just read your other thread and see you are in the US - sorry.

best to follow the above advice regarding ink choices. Just buying from ebay is a shot in the dark as there are some very poor quality inks out there.

Well I finally found some hobbicolor inks on ebay. I think the problem is literally searching for terms. Originally i was searching for ip6600d ink refill and that brought up the some cheap inks.

There are 2 sets of inks on there, not sure what the difference is:
Hobbicolors Refill Pack 6CL-E 24 oz UW8-CMYKPcPm-Canon

Hobbicolors Refill Pack 6CL-W 24 oz UW8-CMYKPcPm-Canon <---- Is that wide gamut?

That is a new one on me. It has to do with shipping charges in the US. Go to the very bottom of the listing where shipping is described. What doesn't make any sense to me is, if I look at the shipping charges, that the shipping for me is cheaper for the E (East coast) posted version than the W (West coast) version is. I am in PA (East coast) and Hobbicolors is in CA (West coast). But the shipping description says West coast shipping would be less. Go figure - maybe I am looking at something wrong. Probably the way that E-Bay handles the shipping calculation for each posting.

Ohh your right. I read that but for some reason associated that with wide gamut, lol...
