I'm Lucas, I am the representant of Maxima Impresso Import, a enterprise that works with importation of printers, Ink Supply System, cartridges. We are located in Brazil and we are looking for other enterprises that want to make some parcery and work together but in other country, maybe continent, and we found the one, but we had some trouble with the printers that we had imported.
I take a look in your website and I saw that you work with Epson xp 300 - xp 200 - nx 230, now we had imported some of that printers, but we had found some trouble when we inserted the chip for the ciss.
My partners and me were thinking that the pront system is now coming different that the message which have in the chip for the ciss, so we need some help.
I just want to know if you have the pront software and if you could explain to me what is happening with the machines, all my allotment had came with this problem.
For sure i give you the certainly that if you could help me, we can maybe do some parcery.
