Today I tried to print sth, and this is what came out:

When I printed nozzle check pattern, it wasn't even close to what it supposed to be:

Head alignment print

And now it's telling me "This type of print head is incorrect, install correct print head"
But this is original one...

Few months ago I started using Black Point inks instead of Canon. It's first time something like this happens.
Printer has 5 years, recently it has been moved a lot.

Is this even fixable?

You have got yourself into one hell of a mess but saying that the printer is still fixable, your print head has been damaged and is well beyond saving for two reasons.

You have been using cheap cartridges and ink which has given you poor ink flow resulting in the loss of the print head, plus when you don’t have enough ink supply going to the heads you shouldn’t continue to print till you have sorted out this problem first.

The only way out of your situation is not going to be cheap, first of all your going to need a new print head and then you’ll have to learn how to look after your printer a little better, you’ll also need some good quality compatibles cartridges and ink or better still learn how to refill your own OEM cartridges..

The print head is defective, and a new print head might work. A failed print head can ruin the logic board and a defective logic board can ruin a new print head, so replacing the print head is a gamble, and I don't know your chances of success.

But I see more problems. It looks like the printer cannot determine positions of the print head and paper feed roller. This could be caused by the timing strip and timing disk and their optical sensors being dirty from ink spray or it could be caused by a defective logic board.

You could try to clean the timing strip with a soft piece of paper moistened with a window cleaner with ammonia and see if this changes the printout.

The parts number for the print head is QY6-0067-000 or a newer replacement is QY6-0075-000 and the logic board is QM3-2285-000. But both the print head and the logic board are expensive, and I cannot guarantee that replacing these parts will bring the printer back to life. Sadly I think the printer is a total loss.

I agree with Peter that the problem is way more complicated than a bad print head. Your statement:
Printer has 5 years, recently it has been moved a lot.
may be important - Did the problem start immediately after the printer was moved? If so, a cable/connector may have come loose. It might be worth a try to pull the cover and look for anything that may have come loose. Given your images, I wouldn't put any money into this printer.

Looks like printer is really dead. It will cost more to fix it than to buy a new one.
I am little angry at myself, because it is first time I bought non Canon inks and I have to buy new printer now.
Next time I will be more careful.
Thank you all for answers.
