printing a manual

is there a short cut to print an entire manual for the ip 4200 rather than printing section by section, the manual i downloaded is the on-screen manual and it seems to only want to print section by section

On screen manuals are not real manuals but just little individual help me files

Sorry mrelmo it seems you need a chm converter. There are plenty, but shareware. Also it is an online converter but I do not now if can be trusted.

the service manual is nice but i am giving an old 4200 to a friend and it would be nice if i could print out a manual at one time they used to come with printers a loooooong time ago
