Printer On/off

ok it appears that every time you turn a canon printer on it goes through a cleaning cycle, if that is true is there a problem with leaving your printer on for days at a time to avoid needless cleaning cycles

I never turn mine off, except to clear a problem, for that very reason.

Ditto, plus it delays considerably, the arrival of the "Waste Tank Full" message which is the result of the machine adding up all the cleaning operations carried out, (needless or not ).
