Primera Bravo 4100 Auto Printer (no Drive)

hi friends
i have lots of canon (4600 4700 4840 4900 pro 9000)
i am tired of head failur after 5 6 month
i am going to primera bravo 4100 auto printer
i have 5 duplicator tower 1- to -11
i need speed at least 2000 cd/dvd/bd printing speed a day

the fastest printer i found is this

can we refill it ? or using ciss system ?
because for us the original ink is very very very expensive
and we must to use cymk oem brands
like our canons

when the cartridje will finish does the printer let you go on ? or it will disable ink chips
and you must to reset it or there is no way for that?

if the ink remaining level detection could be released like the canon and the chips wont want the reset
i can make a ciss for it

Epson Discproducer PP100 could print that fast
