Sorry for the lack of info! I have a Canon Inkjet Pizma IP4000. I have done all the items in the maintanence section of the properties window. Ie... cleaning, deep cleaning, head alignment, nozzle check, and bottom plate cleaning! Everything that way seems fine. When I print text only its good. However, when I print a page with color the boarders and background color is pink! Some of my ink cartridges are cheap ones. I bought the printer in 2005! Hopefully that is more helpfull.
The borders are pink? The borders around a photo normally don't get printed. Are you sure that you don't have some obscure "background" setting in your print driver that is adding a background color to everything?
When did this problem start? What else changed at that time?
