Ahem, shouldn't this be a reaction to an existing discussion instead of a new one?

I must admit that I too think the piezo technology is superior to the thermal one. Epson makes that.

IIRC Brother also uses piezo technology print heads?

You're right, Peter. Epson is not the only one using piezo technology. I haven't tried a Brother printer yet.

I would much prefer it if Canon adapted that type of print head..:bow
