Old photo paper

I have some old photo paper. It's old because I rarely print photos. Does it go bad with age?

It is Epson Quality Flossy Paper S041124 On the back it says K1CF1S10

Prints come out dark. Is it my printer or the paper? I have an ET-3750
I need photographs of property that will be kept on file for legal reasons.

If it is the paper what would you suggest buying?

I think it is unlikely that old photo paper causes darker prints. Instead a monitor set too bright often is the cause of too dark prints. See this thread and notice the link in post #2

A short fix could be by going to the extended options tab of the driver and to use the color adjustment functions - e.g. increasing the brightness. This is a short term fix but the better way is going through the tips above and to get the color output on the monitor and printer aligned to each other.
