See the service manual pages 1-4 to 1-10 for lists of error codes and pages 1-50 to 1-52 for interpretation of the EEPROM info print.

Starting with line 2 "ER ( ER0=1660 ER1=5110 ) ER0=1660 is an operator call error meaning that an ink tank can not be recognised, this could be caused by dirty contact points, the cartridge not clicked properly in place or a defective chip. ER1=5110 is a service call error meaning "Carriage lift mechanism error". Maybe a mechanical obstruction caused this error. I don't know if the printer only records the two latest errors or more errors can be recorded. These two errors do not look scanner related.

At the bottom of your EEPROM print out is found: <SCAN ERROR HISTORY> 5020 FFFF. 5020 means scanner lock switch locked. This could be caused by an operator error or a mechanical error in the scanner blocking movement. I didn't find the meaning of FFFF.

<FAX USER ERROR HISTORY> 0099 means "Transmission terminated mid-way by pressing the Stop/Reset button". 0085 means "No color fax function supported in the receiving machine". These errors are not related to the scanner.

<FAX SERVICE ERROR HISTORY> The highest listed error number is 793, so I cannot tell the meaning of 1281 and 1106.

Sadly this is not much help. My guess is that some mechanical error blocking scanner movement triggered the error messages.
