Name this ink cartridge

Can anyone tell me what company produces this cartridge? is it refillable?

i did a quick google image search and it might be a HP 4936, 4937, 4938, 4939

can anyone confirm?

Definitely HP, but from the picture is not very detailed: there are several models for this cartridges. Is it refillable: yes, but you will need to exchange the chip with one which is resettable.

thanks pharmacist - it doesnt sound like the OEM chip is resettable like the cli-8 cartridges w/ chip resetter? Do you have any links or info on where I can get new chips or a chip resetter?

also....a CIS didnt work too well on my ip4500. Any idea how these cartridge or HP printers behave with a CIS installed?

Well it looks like the T098 for the HP8500. The ink is stationary at the left front corner of the printer. It should work great with a CIS.
