Hopefully your printer is not damaged yet because there is no error code, but as PeterBJ had explained, your print head is... and may finally damage the printer board too..

I pretty much knew what had been wrong before (half of my cyan nozzles not working). What does this new issue tell you of the exact problem?

IMO there is no new issue, except that the printhead problem is becoming worse, so that what before only showed up in a extended nozzle check is now in the normal nozzle check too. I'm no canon engineer, but as long as there is no error blinking you might try a new or used printhead.
