Hi,
Im new to this great place. Bear with me if I sound like a newbie.:)

I have a MP250 which is not the best printer out there but Im looking for black refill ink. There are many inks for PGI-220 or 225 but not PG-210.
Are they similar ink to PG-210?

For now Im thinking to get PMT-BK.

Welcome :)
There are so many pigment inks out there so picking a good one is vital for continued quality printing.
The PGI-220/225 use pretty much the same inks but whichever one you choose
make sure you purchase it from only a good and recognised supplier.

When it comes to using pigment ink the cheapest is never the right choice as it will give you nothing but trouble.
Please remember to refill your PG-210 cartridge before it gets empty and air locked.

Some say they are for the colour dye inks but not so much for their pigment black. :idunno
If you attempt to refill a PG-210 cartridge after it has emptied completely your ink cant get to the very bottom
of your cartridge because of the air that there.

It just makes refilling that more difficult and can cause poor ink flow when trying to print..

The pigment black ink clog issue is in large part due to a test ghwellsjr did a while back. It may or may not apply concerning your printer's model and type of ink used.

I have used Hobbicolors pigment black ink for a year's period of time and never had a clog in my MP830. This was several years ago and may not be the version of pigment black recommended for your printer anyways, so make of it what you will. Prior to and since my use of Hobbicolors I have used Image Specialists pigment black from Precision Colors, which, IIRC, is more highlighter smear-proof than Hobbicolors, at least at that time.

If you have extra cash lying around to spend on shipping, try KMP pigment black from Octoinkjet. Nifty Forum members who have used it report it the best pigment black, some even saying it is blacker than Canon's own OEM pigment black.

Thank you for the link to the test ghwellsjr did. It was very interesting reading.
