Is it a faulty printhead or can it be cleared Canon i865?

On the Nozzle check the second line on the Cyan one half is lighter. Does that indicate a fault on the print head? I have tried the clean routine several times and a deep clean but it hasn't made any difference.

Does anyone know if can get a good replacement print head from anywhere if I need one?

The best and only answer is no...
There’s no way back from failed nozzles on any of the colours, it’s time to move on, the printer is now only good as a door stop, sorry…

Time to go shopping..
