Hi printer collectors ! My first inkjet was a BJC-6000, I even had it repaired (fried motor driver chip when carelessly moving the head by hand, had to swap the motherboard). Paper feed stopped working after moving to a new house despite reusing original package, perhaps some thin plastic part did not like behind shaked :( Now the feeder grabs new sheets continuously at each rollers checking cycle before any printing job is sent from the computer. Printing is still possible with hand feed. I even have the almost unused optional photo print head, but guess everything should be brought the the e-waste recycling center. Does anybody wants it for parts ? (or some light parts, depending on shipping costs as it is located in Europe/France) In the meantime, I am using a S750. Which is the best Canon printer to buy used, with more than 4 inks, and chipless BCI-3 cartridges ? Thanks for advice
