It's really hard to see what you are referring to in the scan but the most important thing to do first is a nozzle check. Can you upload that? And crop your image so that it shows up with as much resolution as possible. It's best to save the scanned image as a .png rather than a .jpg.
ghwellsjr, thanks for you reply. That was the only scan I have at hand, the seller sent it to me "as is". I was just wondering if the blurred blue looks familiar to anyone... I really don't have any glue what could cause that... Probably some mechanical defect....
It looks to me like that image is from a head alignment process in which many of the blocks are blurred and you're supposed to pick out the best one, but I can't tell for sure. It may be that there is nothing wrong with the printer. Is the seller claiming that it has a bluring problem or are you just concluding that from the image?
