Can cli-8 inks be used to refill cli-526 cartridges and can a resetter for cli-521 be used to reset a cli-526 cartridge

Yes CLI-8 inks can be used successfully in the 526 cartridges but you might find a slight colour change from Canon inks.constructor said:
No the CLI-521 resetter will not reset the CLI-526 chips, hard luck sorry..
