I purchased ink cartridge from above company, recieved cartridge and would not work, spoke with thier technical department who said it was a fault with the cartridge they sent. So admitted fault.

She asked me to send it to address in somerset.
I asked for complaints department, explained I purchased in good faith an item which they sent that they agreed was faulty.
Now wanting me to pay for more postage to send the faulty item back, when ive already paid 1.99 for faulty inkjet.

he was not co-operative and would not listen said our policy and procedure.

I informed him "It was a crap service" and put the phone down on him as he was shouting in the background.

IMHO Very bad service, will not purchase from Morons again and suggest you do the same.
