I am in the market looking for Ink Tank Wi-Fi all-in-ones. I am looking to buy a all-in-one ink tank with Direct Wi-Fi & ADF and I have shortlisted HP Smart Ink Tank 530; Canon G4010 & Brother T710W. Features / functionality across all the 3 models are almost similar.

My specific requirements are

1) Direct Wi-Fi: Ability to print from my laptop direct without the need for a router;
2) Good printer and scanner speed;
3) Printer with the best wi-fi range;
4) Print yield;
5) Best connectivity across smartphones and windows / Mac based laptops;
6) No paper jam issues
7) Best functional paper loading for printing as well as ADF

Based on online reviews I understand that each of the 3 models have the following issues

HP Smart Tank 530 AiO
Poor print quality
Direct Wifi connectivity is poor
Slow print speed
Touchscreen freezes

Canon G4010
ADF issues, ADF not effective in handling multiple papers

Brother T710W
Poor print quality
Poor Wi-Fi set up
Wireless keeps breaking off and have to restart the printer multiple times
Wifi speed very slow

Wanted to check with users in the forum if you have faced any of the above issues. Which amongst the 3 models would you recommend from a usability / performance perspective as well as my requirements above.

Thanks

Also look at the Canon Maxify, it has all the bells and whistles you want and more, ok it doesn’t have a CISS system but has large ink tanks that can be refilled, this machine seems to go for ever and never jams.. it’s worth checking out..;)

You have excluded any Epson ET... printers so far .. for a particular reason ?

WiFi connectivity - that's not just a matter of the printer itself but the overall WiFi environment the printer is placed into - occupied channels etc - can cause lots of printing problems - slow printing - restarts - connection loss etc
