HP Photosmart Wireless C4795 vs HP Photosmart Premium Wireless CD055A

Need a wireless printer that will work with XP and Vista and am looking at these two. Should be able to get them for $70 and $100 respectively on black friday. The C4795 uses HP60 cartridges and the CD055A uses HP 564 cartridges. Any opinion on which will last longer, be most cost effective for normal home use, especially ink usage? Any other pros or cons on these two models? I think the CD055A has better scanning and photo printing and that pushes me towards the CD055A model. Thanks,

My experience is with the 564 cartridges, simple to refill. I installed CISS, it is working perfectly. Photo print quality is very good.

Both Models work with Xp & Vista

C4795 uses HP60 cartridges which can be found in two flavours the 60 normal and 60XL (twice as much) The printer uses the dual ink drop method 1.4pl& 4pl It uses the Black pigment ink and the color dye ink. Refilling is easy and works using the easily avl. vivera inks. Resetting the carts is a pain after refilling and the constant low ink is a nuisance.

CD055A uses HP 564 cartridges and has seperate photosmart cartridges for each color. tsiya has shown that he is using ciss for the above printer without any problems that should translate into savings in the long run.
